Reducing the environmental footprint is also a key aspect of my approach, with a preference for online sessions and digital materials to minimize paper usage and travel. At the same time, I support impactful social initiatives by offering my expertise to associations or projects that support vulnerable groups, through volunteer missions. Finally, my approach promotes diversity and inclusion in a professional context, ensuring that my services meet the varied needs of organizations while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. This model combines performance, responsibility, and positive impact, both socially and environmentally.
