The idea that hypnosis can act on me is totally excluded.
This reaction, frequently expressed by many, is often fueled by apprehensions such as the fear of hypnosis or the fear of losing control.
The origin of these feelings lies simply in the spectacular representations of hypnosis, whether on television, during shows, or even in the cartoons that marked our childhood, like *Mowgli and the snake Kaa* from *The Jungle Book*, which left an indelible mark (Anchoring).
It is important to emphasize that this vision of hypnosis has nothing to do, absolutely nothing, with the real practice of hypnosis in the office. These two realities only share the same name.
True in-office hypnosis not only maintains consciousness, it also takes us deep into our subconscious to answer questions, find solutions to everyday obstacles, from simple misplaced keys (thanks to a quick self-hypnosis that can be learned) to more complex challenges such as quitting smoking, all kinds of phobias (fear of flying, arachnophobia, fear of taking action, etc.), self-sabotage, emotion management (such as anger, fear), the grieving process, effective communication, among others.
In short, hypnosis offers us the opportunity to transform our perception of phobias, problems, or blockages. A wink: if you have a *Kaa* in your life, a positive influence that helps to continually change your perception of things.
In the same way that you are offered a trip into space, the discovery of a new country or the depths of the sea, hypnosis offers you the most beautiful journey: that of diving deep within yourself. Believe me, it is a magnificent experience.
Having had the pleasure of discovering hypnosis during my training, I undertook this inner journey which allowed me, at this stage of my life, to refocus more than ever on what is really important to me.
I encourage everyone who has read this post to try this magnificent experience without hesitation.
