We often talk about strategy. Rarely about the one who carries it.

Because questioning yourself takes courage, humility, and the ability to accept that the source of your limitations… is often you.
Many business leaders prefer to invest in tools, strategies, or funding because it creates the illusion of progress without having to face their own blind spots. It’s more “comfortable” to change the environment than to transform oneself.

Yet the real performance lever lies within: clarity of vision, personal alignment, and the ability to inspire and mobilize. When a leader grows in their leadership, everything they touch – their teams, their partnerships, their results – grows with them.

This is where a coach plays a crucial role: guiding leaders through introspection, giving them a safe space to explore, question, and strengthen their leadership without masks or judgment.
In the United States, it’s almost a given for a CEO to work with a coach – it’s seen as a sign of awareness and a genuine will to grow. But in Europe, and even more so in North Africa, the idea is still often perceived as a weakness. Many believe that being a leader means building a shell and locking away their human side.

What if true leadership was about opening that door again?
