Another Masterclass dedicated to The 5 Levels of Leadership took place at the Holiday Inn Algiers, exploring one essential question: What truly makes someone a leader?
Through John C. Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership model, participants explored the different stages that allow someone to move from simply holding a position of responsibility to developing genuine influence.
Because being appointed a manager does not automatically make you a leader.
Leadership may begin with a position, but it is built through relationships, trust, results, developing others and, ultimately, the influence we leave behind.
This Masterclass provided an opportunity to step back, reflect on our own leadership practices and, above all, consider one fundamental question:
What level of leadership am I at today… and what level am I ready to reach tomorrow?
